if you have to file a lot of messages to folders, check out SimplyFile from Techhit. My setup shows me messages that are in my Inbox, Draft Items, flagged, or have certain important categories. This is something that can only be done with Query Builder enabled. I used it to create a "Priority Folder" that shows me a culled list of emails regardless of the folder they are saved in. I added the following in Query Builder to accomplish this:įield: Changed By Condition: contains Value: my account email address (change to your email address)įield: Changed By Condition: is (exactly) Value: last name, first name (change to your name) I needed to add a few different filters to accomplish this because the Changed By field may be different depending on where the task or email originated. The registry changes are local to the computer, so hypercontrolling IT Departments should not have too much heartburn about this.
